We will propose optimization, before you begin to change and move anything. We will prepare transfer options with horizontal or vertical movement of the parts and components both between machines as well as between individual assembly workplaces. Even where no more space seems to be available, there exist other options; the only thing needed is a different perspective of the issue with a visual 3D projection. We will prepare a proposal for the robotic placement into multiple machines using one robot. We will also present options for vertical suspension of the robot in manufacturing facilities.
A number of companies believe to be entirely unique and totally different from other companies. We often hear a lot of arguments as to why it is not just possible in that company. Let's just try to remember that the production system is about principles and not about the tools used.
